Process automation
Automate the admin that eats your team's week
Every business has work that follows the same steps every time. Retyping data, chasing approvals, compiling reports, filing documents and sending reminders. We automate it, so your people can do the work that actually needs a person.
Today
- Order arrives by email as a PDF
- Someone retypes it into the system
- Approval request sits in an inbox
- Report compiled by hand at month-end
With the system
- Order details captured automatically
- Checked and entered once, with no retyping
- Approver notified, with reminders if it waits
- Report updates itself and arrives on schedule
01
The problem
Automation works best on a process that is already understood. That is why every automation project starts by mapping how the work really happens, including the exceptions and workarounds, before we decide what the system should take over.
- Someone spends hours every week copying information from emails, PDFs or forms into another system.
- Approvals depend on someone remembering to check their inbox, so work stalls and nobody knows where it is stuck.
- The same reports are rebuilt by hand every week or month, and they are out of date by the time they are read.
- Customers, suppliers and staff only hear about something when somebody remembers to tell them.

What we build
-
Data capture without retyping
Online forms, email and document processing that capture information once and send it where it needs to go, checked for mistakes on the way in.
-
Approval workflows
Purchase requests, quotes, leave, expenses and credit notes routed to the right person with reminders, escalation and a clear record of who approved what and when.
-
Scheduled and automatic reports
The reports your managers need, generated from live data and delivered by email or dashboard on a schedule, without anyone compiling them.
-
Document handling
Quotes, job cards, delivery notes, certificates and invoices generated from your data, named properly and filed where they belong.
-
Notifications and reminders
Automatic emails, SMS or WhatsApp-style notifications when something happens, or when something that should have happened has not.
03
Typical deliverables
- A map of the current process and where time is lost
- Automated workflows running on reliable, monitored infrastructure
- Forms and screens for the steps that still need a person
- Scheduled reports and alerts
- A log of what each automation did, so nothing happens invisibly
- Documentation of every automation and how to change it
04
What changes for your business
Every project is different. These are the kinds of results this work is designed to deliver.
- Hours of repetitive admin handed to the system every week.
- Fewer errors from retyping and copy-pasting.
- Approvals move faster, and you can see where anything is waiting.
- Reports arrive on time, every time, from the same source of truth.
Common questions
What kind of processes can be automated?
Anything with clear, repeatable steps is a good candidate, such as capturing data, routing approvals, generating documents, compiling reports and sending reminders. Steps that need judgement stay with a person, and the system makes those steps easier.
Will automation replace my staff?
That is not the goal. Most of our clients are growing and want their existing team to handle more work without adding more admin. Automation takes the repetitive work away so people can focus on customers and decisions.
Can you automate work in the tools we already use?
Often, yes. Many accounting, CRM, email and e-commerce tools can be connected and automated. Where a tool cannot be connected, we will explain the options.
What happens if an automation fails?
Automations are monitored and logged. If something fails, it is flagged, so a missed step is caught instead of silently lost.
